Compensation

You work hard, we respect that. Your starting compensation will be based on your skills, and of course, the market. From there on, every step up will be 100% matched to your performance and growth here at bunq. In other words - if you keep getting shit done and grow with us, so will your compensation package.

Contracts

If you’re based in Sofia, you’ll get a permanent contract from day one and enter a six month probation period, which we like to call the “Dating phase”. If you’re happy with bunq and we’re happy with you (which is what we expect), then you’ll pass your probation period and continue with “The Wedding” - a.k.a the rest of your contract.
