Take ownership
As bunq's User Reactivation Expert, you'll take a user-centric approach when it comes to identifying in which part of the journey they lose interest and create a tailored plan to win them back. This includes:
Designing and executing a communication strategy which directly resonates with the users and their goals
Ensuring a smooth process for reactivated users so they can get up and running in no time
Guiding their next steps carefully using app experience and comms and reduce the time it takes to experience value
This challenge is perfect for you if
Strong knowledge Product / User Onboarding / CRM / Marketing
Affinity with analyzing user behavior and designing product and communication solutions to drive engagement
You know your way around Mixpanel, Looker, Braze, Hubspot
You have excellent communication skills in English 🇬🇧

Your journey
How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Get Shit Done day.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
