Take ownership

• You manage a number of tech roles from start to end, monitoring & acting on incoming applications
• You plan meetings, conduct behavourial interviews, and manage offers & rejections
  
• You make sure that we attract the right talent, and you investigate & problem solve when we don't
• You keep swift & clear communications with hiring managers
  

• You excel in interpersonal skills to interact seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and team members

• You have a basic HR and local market knowledge

• You're great at organization to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and consistently meet deadlines.

• You are tech-savvy so you can adapt easily to our applicant tracking systems (ATS), other recruitment tools and automations

• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
