bunq is looking for a Website Owner to join our Marketing Department. As a Website Owner, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our website. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our website is up-to-date and reflects our brand values 💻
- Develop and maintain the website;
- Ensure website is up-to-date and reflects brand values;
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize website performance;
- Identify and implement new website features to improve user experience;
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform website improvements.
The ideal candidate has experience in website development and a strong understanding of user experience. They are able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills. This challenge is perfect for you if
You have graphic design skills with a strong portfolio and proficiency CMS system (Craft preferred), Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
You have at least a basic understanding of HTML and CSS and Google Analytics;
You have created wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps before;
You familiar with basic management skills and data science;
You prefferably have knowledge of Dutch/German/French language.

Your journey
How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Make A Difference day.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
