Take ownership

Take an outcome-driven and structured approach in enabling our Operational teams to gain the most out of using our back office tool (Retool) and maximizing on it's capabilities when more technical knowledge is required.

• Support our Operations teams when they need a more technical approach with Retool to find the best solution
• Pick up high-priority incrementals, project and bugs that are too technical for the Ops teams
• Educate Ops team members them with in depth Retool and process knowledge

• You have a good foundation of Javascript
• You understand the importance of good UI design
• You are able to break down and explain complex concepts
• You have great time management skills and always deliver on time 
• You're a near-native English speaker
