Take ownership
You take a user-centered approach to design and deliver features that enable an effortless banking experience for our end user and remove the hassle of money admin. By understanding what our users really need, owning the experience of our users end-to-end, identifying and regularly implementing all possible improvements.
Suggest and implement improvements, evaluating from our users' perspective and designing with them in mind
Launch new products and improvements of existing features that Make Life Easy for our users
Own bunq Updates (large impactful releases that happen 3-4 times a year)
Test the features you own and report on bugs
Clearly communicate the value of the product in a way that our users will understand and enjoy
This challenge is perfect for you if
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a user-facing Product Owner
- You have launched products from scratch
- You're user-centered and an expert with UI/UX Design
- You're data driven and a systematic thinker
- You have great planning and organizational skills

Your journey
How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Make A Difference day.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
