For you to be successful as an HR Ops Specialist, you need a couple of hard skills. Prove to us that you’ve got what it takes is by testing your skills.

It takes roughly 30 minutes and focuses on 3 areas:

• Communication

• HR fundamentals

• Attention to detail (textual)

Skills we’re looking for:

• Ability to execute daily operations to assist HR e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, visa and contract law

• The know-how to act as a consultant to bunqers regarding policies and procedures

• Understanding on how to evolve HR processes related to inflow, assessment, remuneration and outflow

• Keep our unique bunq culture maintained while we scale and grow internationally.
