Superguides are coached by their Leads so that they can help in an effective and empathetic manner. Your challenge is to train and coach these Leads in guiding their team members, with a focus on continuous growth for better results towards our user!

Take ownership

As a Lead, you will be responsible for the KPI performance of the First and Second Line teams (Support, KYC, Compliance, Payments). To reach operational excellence, you will be leading, coaching and training the Leads of these teams on a daily basis to:


  • Increase the performance of their teams by focusing on personal and team growth.
  • Deeply embed a Contact Quality mindset as the number one priority.
  • Guide their teams in the changes that will be brought by increased automation of process execution.

This challenge is perfect for you if

You have:


  • Excellent training and coaching skills, focusing on change management.
  • Knowledge of the challenges of Operations, preferably in banking and/or customer service.
  • Focus on individual growth while growing business results.
  • The ability to travel to our offices abroad to work on site.

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Make A Difference day. ‍

What to expect from the tests

To kick off  your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
