Take ownership

Your mission is to keep our users compliant to bunq's policies and the law, while investigating any potential deviations 🔎 As our Interim Compliance Operations Guide, you will serve our users by taking ownership of:

• Ad-hoc requests from the DNB, including reviewing users engaging in irregular activities 👩🏻‍💻

• Understand and adhere to bunq's EDD guidelines when reviewing cases

• Strong knowledge of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics 📕
• You are an effective and quick communicator in English 💬
• You speak data and processes - your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders 👩🏻‍💻
• You're excellent at applying a solution-based approach that puts our users first 🌱
