Take ownership

Take a result-driven as well as empathetic approach to enable bunqers to make a difference every day, by being the HR go-to person for policies and processes and continuously improve those, and to act as culture gatekeeper.

• You take full ownership of HR daily operations
• You identify problems and bottlenecks, and actively follow up on their resolution
• You support improvement of HR processes and help automating them

• Ability to execute daily operations to assist HR e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, visa and contract law

• The know-how to act as a consultant to bunqers regarding policies and procedures

• Understanding on how to evolve HR processes related to inflow, assessment, remuneration and outflow

• Being a tech enthusiast, able to identify and use tools to make your life easy and help optimize

• Having excellent communication skills to facilitate bunq culture while we scale and grow internationally

• Being good at multitasking, prioritizing and delivering within tight deadlines
