Take ownership

As the bank of the Free, we're here to ensure that all our users have the best banking experience 💪🏻. You will be taking ownership of:

• Engaging in legal correspondence, including complaints, disputes, and requests from local authorities
• Identify relevant for bunq laws and regulations, set bunq regulatory compliance policy in Ireland and monitor its implementation ⚙️
• Maintaining a dialogue with local regulators, and perform regulatory reporting

For Ireland, you will be appointed our local legal representative and our MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) 💻

• You have a degree in law
  
• You have worked 5+ years in a legal function
• You can communicate effectively in English
• You can analyze and translate legal texts in policies and processes
• You're excellent at applying sound judgment and business sense

• You have a knack for connecting with people and handling relationships effortlessly 🖇️

• You have the know-how to organize teams and activities
