• Keep all bunq’s legal stuff simple, maximizing freedom for our end user 

• Fuel our (international) growth by optimizing legal processes and structures (incl M&A, corporate governance)

• Simplify use of commercial contracts for users and partners

• Lead and structure our team of legal eagles, empowering each member to succeed

• Protect us in disputes and litigation, with external partners as needed.

• You have a Master’s degree in Law (Corporate, IT, or other relevant direction)

• You're great at solving legal complexities with simple solutions

• You’re analytical, business-driven, and you can think outside the box

• You’re great at developing strategies and the team around them

• You’re an excellent communicator, you are fluent in English and Dutch
