Take ownership
You take a result-driven and business oriented approach to develop and implement our international expansion plan across Europe. You achieve revenue growth targets by our end-user to successfully “bank like a local” and make bunq part of the local ecosystem.

• Work with the Country Managers to setup and run bunq branches across Europe
  
• Define branch operating model and implement processes in alignment with centralized and decentralized teams
  
• Identify and develop decentralized capabilities to better serve our end-user (Individual and Business) in local key markets
  
• Develop constructive regulator relationships and bridge the gap between business and regulation
  
• Roll out our “IBANaaS” model

• You have a sound understanding of EU Banking Law and Regulations

• You have a track record of leading international expansions and driving commercial success

• You're articulate with exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills

• You're a natural-born leader with advanced people management skills
