What you'll do
Take a user-centered and data-driven approach to deliver to our end-user's needs and identify the right local opportunities.
Define and execute local commercial strategy (incl. delivering on budget and revenue targets): we value independence, mobility, and sustainability, and our goal is to make everyone bank like a local in France.
Define the go-to-market strategy to meet our users where they are: make us effortlessly discoverable during everyday life by showing relevant features.
Integrate relevant local business & regulatory partnerships: enable our growth by creating the foundation to operate in the right way in France.
Manage and collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders: (i.e. Marketing, Product, external partners, regulators).
This challenge is perfect for you if
- Have an excellent understanding of French users (consumers & small businesses) and their need.
- Have a clear grasp on competition for banking and financial services in the French market.
- Have networked and managed stakeholders in banking & financial services.
- Have independently defined and executed strategy (incl. delivering on budget, user and revenue targets, etc.)
- Have excellent communication skills in French & English.

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Make A Difference day.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
